Four college students follow a bogus detour sign and end up in the town of Pleasant Valley, whose residents are had at work preparing for the annual ‘Guts & Glory’ jubilee. As soon as the confederate knife fodder arrive they are declared guests of honour by the one eyed Mayor Buckman, played by everybody’s favourite sadist Robert (Freddy Kreuger) Englund.
