The nightmare continues.
Following the tragedy in the Norwegian Mountains, only one woman survived. Frozen and weak she struggles to get back to civilisation. Covered in blood she arrives at the local hospital but when she awakes in her bed she finds the hospital dark and silent without a living soul in sight.
When she steps out of her bed it becomes clear the nightmare is far from over.
