Four volunteers (Hutton, Cannon, Whigham and DuVall) have signed up for a human research study to make some quick cash. They are placed in a room and told the experiment is designed to explore the limitations of human endurance and psyche. The study begins with four subjects and is narrowed down to one To their horror, they learn that the elimination process is all about staying alive, whilst those behind it watch from above, unleashing a series of chilling events. Ambitious military body language expert, Emily Riley (Sevigny) is brought in to observe and analyse –unaware of the horrors set to unfold before her very eyes. Is there a way out for those trapped in the Killing Room? And can they work out who is behind this lethal game before it is too late?
