Yoga For Me and My Baby will help you to prepare mentally and physically for labour and motherhood. Designed to help you practice yoga throughout your pregnancy and to teach the art of relaxation and the importance of self-nurturing, following the DVD throughout your pregnancy will help you to connect deeply with your body, mind and baby.
Filmed in the beautiful setting of Byron Bay Australia, it takes you through breathing exercises, a full 40 minute yoga class, as well as yoga for the post-natal period to help you regain your posture once you have had your baby.
Yoga For Me and My Baby is presented by Kathryn Riding, a fully qualified and experienced yoga practitioner specialising in pre-natal yoga.
