The neighbourhood is changing.

A mysterious virus, carried by mutated rats creates pandemonium on the streets of New York City when rat-bite victims turn into homicidal rat-mutants.
This movie focuses on six tenants in a small apartment complex on the Lower East Side, Mulberry Street. They must fight to survive the night against the rats and the multiplying cannibal mutants.
